These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern the use of domain registration and SSL certificate services ("Services") provided by Jarvis Cloud X t/a Jarvis Technology Services Ltd ("Provider"). By using our Services, you agree to these TOS. These terms incorporate the policies of our upstream provider(s) and respective registries and Certificate Authorities (CAs).

1. General Provisions

• We provide access to domain registration, domain management, and SSL certificate issuance through third-party registrars and CAs.
• We act as a reseller and intermediary — not the operator of registries or CAs.
• Terms may change; continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.

2. Customer Obligations

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
• Services must not be used for unlawful activities including phishing, spam, or IP abuse.
• You must comply with all applicable policies (e.g., UDRP, WHOIS accuracy, CA rules).

3. Domain Registration

• Domain availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by registry.
• Each registry's rules and contract terms apply in full.
• You are responsible for WHOIS compliance and renewals.
• Transfers require your action; we are not liable for incomplete transfers.

4. SSL Certificates

• SSL certificates are issued by third-party CAs; you agree to their rules.
• Validation (domain/org) must be completed by you.
• Renewal and replacement are your responsibility.
• Revocation decisions are made by the CA and may not be reversed.

5. Fees and Payments

• Prices are published on our website and may change.
• All payments must be made in advance.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy or upstream provider approval.

6. Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend services for non-payment or ToS violations.
• Registrars/CAs may revoke services for policy breaches or legal orders.
• You may cancel at any time, but fees may not be refunded.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for issues caused by registries, registrars, or CAs. Liability is capped to fees paid for the affected service in the past 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from misuse, content violations, or disputes over domain ownership or certificate usage.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled in UK courts.
